Still, it does have a very loyal fanbase, one which will surely be thrilled at an event like this. It's heartening to see a prominent author like Ernest Cline recognize the video game community like this, especially seeing how much video game culture is represented in his books. Roblox fans should get their book preorders in now; this event is not to be mis

Next, you'll need to head into Chapter 2, because every single egg is found within Chapter 2. Roblox has been quietly but steadily growing since its launch in 2006, surpassing 100 million monthly active users for the first time in 2019. While new content from Roblox mainly comes from its player community, rather than from officially released expansions, developer Roblox Corporation has continued to invest in the game through new development tools and more options for players to monetize their own creations. Earlier in 2020, Roblox added Premium payouts, a system that allows community developers to earn money based on how much time players with Premium memberships spend on their ga

It is reported that there are shuttles in place to transport players from the ceremony to the band performance. The band will be playing three songs, and once that's completed, players will return to the award cerem

This is a pretty exciting event for Roblox 's surprisingly extensive fanbase. Cline's clearly excited too, as he has gone on record stating that "Roblox is the closest thing to the Oasis in real life, and this contest is the closest thing to the treasure hunt in my book." This seems a bit generous; in Cline's books the Oasis is a massive VR wonderland where players can go anywhere and do anything that their hearts desire. It's wish fulfillment on the highest level, and it might be the case that such a fantasy is impossible to truly replicate in the real world. roblox strategy|https://robloxrealm.com/ offers players a lot of freedom, but it's got a long way to go before it's on the level of the fictional Oa

This is not the first go at an April Fool’s joke to come from Roblox games. Last year saw the April 1 st announcement of Roblox’s first console, which claimed to provide 8K graphics and 120fps performance. Roblox stated that the " console " will be in early access until the year 2999. It has since been revealed to be nothing more than a hat falling under Roblox’s accessory category. The Adopt Me! pet rock update garnered positive responses from players, with the only complaint seemingly being that the pet rock was most likely not going to be a permanent pet in their collection. DreamCraft hasn’t stated how long the pet rock will be available to play

Now Roblox is featuring a brand new tie-in event to coincide with Ernest Cline's new book, Ready Player Two . The Roblox website anticipates that this will be the biggest book tour event in publishing history, a bold claim inspired by a similar event the website hosted to celebrate the release of the Ready Player One film adaptation in 2018. That event drew in a whopping 13 million, and Roblox anticipates that this event will be even bigger. It will take the form of an online treasure hunt, similar to the ones undertaken by the main characters in the books themselves. The event kicks off on December 1st with a live Q&A between Ernest Cline himself and Roblox CEO Dave Baszucki. Keen Roblox fans will want to tune into this event, as it will feature hints that will help them navigate the treasure hunt. Apparently more hints can be found inside Ready Player Two itself, so players are encouraged to read the book in preparation when it launches on November 24th. Players who complete this quest successfully will earn free digital goods themed after the ev

In 2012 a mobile version was released for IOS, and a version for Android was released in 2014. It's most popular demographic is children of all ages, so it's rarely used as a political platform of any kind. Evidently, that might be chang

Roblox is set to have its best year ever by a wide margin, with its developer community expected to earn $250 million in 2020 alone and its active player count reaching a new record high. Roblox players are free to develop and even sell their own games made within the Roblox Studio creator, sometimes finding runaway success. That was the case recently when a game made in Roblox called Adopt Me! announced that it was adding Pet Rocks and gained over 680,000 concurrent players, later reaching more than 1.6 million concurrent play
